Undecorated goods

Unwashed, undecorated stock garments in original condition may be returned. TODO: return window in days, restocking fee if any, and RMA procedure, not yet supplied.

Decorated goods

Once a garment has been decorated it cannot be returned. This is why the one-piece minimum exists — order a single piece and test your decoration before running the job.

Damaged or short shipments

Inspect on receipt and report discrepancies promptly. TODO: claim window and required documentation, not yet supplied.

Defects

Manufacturing defects are our responsibility whether or not the garment has been decorated. Contact hello@sparkpolo.com with photographs.
